I provide individual therapy for adults. Areas of focus include life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, stress, worry, anxiety, sadness, depression, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy is respectful, inclusive and collaborative. I utilize psychotherapy methods that instill self-understanding and help develop new perspectives, tools and resources.

I am an integrative therapist and draw from different perspectives in my work that include Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment (ACT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Interpersonal therapy perspectives. I believe that it is critical to view people as individuals and to tailor treatment based on their life experiences, respective situations and reasons for seeking therapy.

Research over the years has consistently shown that the client-therapist relationship is a key variable to a successful therapy experience.
