Insurance

There are important considerations related to insurance.  Utilizing insurance often makes sense and can have financial advantages depending on your particular coverage and situation.  Insurance companies only cover certain diagnoses and aspects of treatment that they deem "medically necessary."  If you use insurance I will be required to provide them with a diagnosis and dates of service.  Insurance companies may require additional information regarding your treatment (e.g., requesting to review your complete record).  

 

Many insurance policies have "out of network benefits" that permit you to see a licensed healthcare provider that is not in network.  If you have a different insurance company than those listed below and would like to work with me, it is recommended that you contact your insurance and inquire about out of network benefits.  Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining your coverage.  Also, that you will be ultimately responsible financially.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

I require 24 hour notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling.  There is a 75.00 charge for the first missed appointment, or providing less than 24 hour notice.  There is a charge up to the full amount of the scheduled session for additional missed appointment or less that 24 notice.  There is no charge for cancellations due to health reasons, family emergencies, inclement weather.  Please leave a voice mail (no texts) at 503-236-4665 and/or email petemorones@protonmail.com
